Return your order

Return your order easy with the following steps:

 1. Send an e-mail to: info@fiastra.shop with the following information:

- The products you wish to return.

- The reason why you want to return the products.

- Your account name. 

2.  We will respond within 24 hours and send the shipping labels to return the package. See below for the costs to return a parcel:

- Netherlands: FREE

- Belgium & Germany: €2,50

- Italy: FREE

- Rest of EU: €4,50

- Rest of the world: €7,50

If a parcel arrives damaged, we will of course pay for it.

3.  The shipping courier will pick up the parcel or you must bring it to the nearest parcel shop. You will receive your money within 1 week after we have received the parcel.

Information about returns: 

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your home to the shop can be for your account (check above). If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, please contact us via info@fiastra.shop. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to measure according to the specification entered by you. The sale is hereby final after successful payment.

Exception for sealed products:

This includes, for example, products that cannot be returned after opening for hygienic reasons. This will be indicated in the product description if applicable.

Should you make use of your right of withdrawal, then you will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation.
