We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens which entitles you to make a claim under the guarantee. Under European law, we are liable for any defect in conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or ought to discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We advise you to first report any complaints to us by sending an e-mail to info@fiastra.shop. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
